Laser cutting can be used for different jobs and cutting tasks.
It is used to make cutting grooves with micrometer precision or to cut thicker sheet metal. The thermal cutting process is suitable for metallic materials, plastic materials, steel, glass and ceramics.

Laser cutting is a non-contact process and is often used with plate-shaped materials.
The material is melted where it is hit by the laser beam. According to the process, a flow of gas blows the molten material down and out of the groove. The result is precise and clean cuts

- clean edges,
- no deformation of the component,
- high speed with three-dimensional laser cutting
- Optimal use of the material.

The robot is calibrated to the actual needs of the customer, reducing the cycle time of the most frequently bent pieces to a minimum, providing parametric programs for products that are made in different sizes, guaranteeing minimum setup times and adding off-programming software line for users who have very variable batches.

The advantages of this robot appear immediately in the insertion of systems in flexible production lines;

Among the advantages, it is clear that robotized palletizing is more convenient than that carried out by workers. Heavy loads damage the health of operators, contact with some substances is a danger and no work team could guarantee the same speed and precision as the machine.

Waterjet cutting is a cutting technology that uses pressurized water, which is pushed at high speed through a small diameter orifice and directed towards the material to be cut. The water is mixed with an abrasive substance such as garnet to increase its cutting power, all of which is done at very high pressure (up to 7,000 bar).

The abrasive and pure water waterjet cutting is easy to program, the low cutting costs and the possibility of cutting almost all materials from a few tenths of a millimeter up to thicknesses of 250 mm with precision of a tenth of a millimeter have made it a machine essential for various applications.
Waterjet cutting allows you to process a wide range of materials, therefore it is very useful for processing pieces of composite materials. The cold cutting technology does not produce unwanted deformations of the material and if abrasive material is added a good cutting quality is obtained.

Pipe benders and pipe benders are machine tools used for the optimal bending of pipes, to obtain bends of any type, and can be hydraulically or electrically operated, depending on the power required. The accessories allow versatile use in the creation of multiple different components.

The automatic loading and unloading systems create autonomous work stations and the immediate configuration of the input/output cards offers the possibility of interlocking the tube benders to dedicated work islands, with connection to operating units or robots. The automatic machine for metal deburring is a process that consists in the removal of burrs, that is, that part of material that is present in excess in products obtained by molding or through mechanical or cutting processes. The objective of deburring is to make the piece obtained clean and is aimed at eliminating excess material along the contours and between the joints.

The pyramidal roller calenders are equipped with an MCS multi-bearing system capable of improving their reliability and versatility.

Thanks to this system, each lower roller is equipped with 4 independent bearings which increase the load absorption capacity and facilitate the inclination of the lateral rollers during the cone rolling phase. The MCS system also provides for the presence, inside the linear guides, of large roller supports with a lubrication circuit capable of effectively preventing wear of the calender.
